Terms of Use
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure:

there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without
obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture (other than the required chair),
equipment and other hazards – a minimum of four square metres per person
-
any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed

the surrounding floor space is entirely clear to remove any hazards that may
increase the risk of slips, trips or falls
-
there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session,
-
there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.

In addition, the following disclaimer applies in respect of any pre-recorded
sessions:
Disclaimer As with all fitness and exercise programmes, when using our exercise
videos you need to use your common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want
to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness programme. By performing any
fitness exercises without supervision, you are performing them at your own risk. The
Barre Affair will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a
result of this fitness programme and online fitness video or information shared through
The Barre Affair website. This includes emails, videos and text.
Your Fitness & Health:

By purchasing and attending any classes on The Barre Affair website (live and
recorded classes), clients confirm that they have no health problems (including
without limitation cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament
injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma (or other breathing difficulty); diabetes,
epilepsy or any allergy) which may affect their participation in any class.
Pregnant clients should consult and get approval from their doctor before
attending any classes (live and recorded).

It is the Client’s sole responsibility to notify The Barre Affair instructor before
attending any live class of any circumstances affecting their health.

Clients are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activity without first
seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition and
wellbeing.

Clients with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not
attend class. If there is any doubt, the Client should consult her doctor.

For healthy and safety reasons, Clients may not attend more than 2 classes per
day.

Clients are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.
Membership Terms & Booking Conditions
We offer several membership types:
Live Classes:
- The Full Body Workout, single class £16; The Full Body Workout, pack of 5
classes £60; The Full Body Workout, pack of 10 classes £110.
- Commitment period: 6 months.
- Start date: The date of sale.
- Payment date: Same as your start date.
Bookings Policy for live classes:
- Clients must book each class in advance (at least 15 minutes before the start) to
receive a link for the live session.
- Clients must give a minimum 12 hours cancellation notice in advance of their
booked class start time.
- A class credit will be issued back to the Client's account for future use if The
Barre Affair receives the required notice. If not, the amount of class will be
debited and won’t be recredited.
Recorded Classes:
- The Full Body Workout, Just One Class: £14, available for 48 hours from date
and time of purchase.
- The Unlimited Access to Library 1 Month £70 with full access to video channel; all
videos available to play for one month from date and time of purchase.
- The Unlimited Access to Library 3 Months £190 with full access to video channel; all
videos available to play for three months from date and time of purchase.
For Any Classes (live and recorded)
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable
