The Barre Essentials

What you need:

​

  • An exercise mat

  • A soft ball, rolled towel or cushion

  • A chair or a counter top (no barre required)

  • A pair of light weights or small bottles (maximum 1.5kg each)

  • A mini elastic band (not mandatory)

Wear grip socks or exercise bare feet to avoid slipping.
