The Barre Essentials
What you need:

An exercise mat

A soft ball, rolled towel or cushion

A chair or a counter top (no barre required)

A pair of light weights or small bottles (maximum 1.5kg each)
-
A mini elastic band (not mandatory)

Wear grip socks or exercise bare feet to avoid slipping.
